Director of Bands
Nearly 130 of North’s talented instrumental musicians traveled to Florida in April to perform six concerts for the world to hear at Disney! On April 11th, our Norsemen musicians amazed the crowds at Downtown Disney; Saturday afternoon they performed at Festival Disney (a 3-day festival) along with thousands of other students from all over the nation. The prestigious panel of adjudicators awarded North’s Concert Band and Full Orchestra an "excellent" rating, and the Symphony Band received a "superior" rating (highest rating of the festival). When not performing, students enjoyed the parks at Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Magic kingdom. Bravo on a truly magical journey!
